Principal Dentist and practice owner, Dr Naga Narra, graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Dentistry from Rajiv Gandhi University in 2006. Since graduating, he has continued to expand his dental knowledge and education by gaining a MSc in Public Health in 2012 closely followed by a LDSRCS granted by the Royal College of Surgeons England in 2013. He has also gained his certification in Facial Aesthetics.
Dr Naga Narra is originally from India, moving to the UK in 2009 to follow his dream of owning his own Dental Practice. He spent many years training in and around London before moving to Fraserburgh, where he quickly became a principal Dentist. With the North East of Scotland his new home, he and his family decided to settle in Westhill, where he was able to fulfill his dream and became the proud owner of Abercrombie Dental Practice & Abercrombie Smile Design in early 2017.
Since then, the company has gone from strength to strength, taking on expert Dentists, Anesthetists and Specialist consultants to enhance and improve the quality of dental care available. He prides himself in providing top level care for all of his patients, NHS or Private, with a caring chair side professional manner and a great sense of humor.
Dr Naga Narra specialises in Dental Implant surgery, having placed over 1,000 Dental Implants and has recently been awarded the Centre Of Excellence award from Nobel Biocare. He continues to expand his knowledge and is currently pursuing a MSc in Dental Implantology. He has a keen interest in cosmetic dentistry and is highly experienced in Full Mouth Rehab (digital smile design). Such cases he has undertaken include full anterior veneers, composite build ups on worn down teeth and All-on-4/All-on-6 Implant cases. As well as this, he is a Gold Provider of Invisalign.
In his spare time, Naga enjoys time with his wife and two young children. Socialising with family and friends is an important part of his life and honors his Indian heritage, celebrating special occasions and ceremonial dates. He has a keen interest in Cricket and is a proud supporter of India in their test matches, whether they win or lose. He treats his staff as family within the home of Abercrombie creating a lovely environment for all who attend.
Dr. Korina Avramidou has been in dentistry since 2006 and brings years of experience, specialising in cosmetic dentistry, endodontics and oral surgery. She is dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care, utilising the latest techniques and technologies to ensure the best outcomes.
Korina’s extensive background include serving at an Airforce hospital and holding a degree in medicine, which further enhances her ability to provide comprehensive dental care.
She is passionate about making patients feel comfortable and confident during their visits, ensuring every experience is as pleasant and stress-free as possible. With her warm and friendly demeanour, she excels at building string relationships with her patients, understanding their unique needs, and working collaboratively to achieve the best possible outcome.
Since moving to Aberdeen in 2013, Korina has been committed to delivering top-notch dental care to the community. She is multilingual, speaking Greek, English, Russian, Czech and Swedish, allowing her to connect with a diverse range of patients.
Outside of her professional life, Korina enjoys jogging, drawing and cooking.
Graduated from a French university in 2007, Celia’s passion about dentistry has kept growing over the years. She worked in her home country for a few years before moving to Scotland in 2011. She has worked in Abercrombie dental practice ever since.
Celia enjoys the variety of dental treatments and diversity of patients which can be found in our practice. Over the years , she grew a special interest in cosmetic restorative dentistry (composite bonding, crowns and veneers) and root canal treatments. She also qualified in Invisalign treatments and is delighted to help her patients achieving their smile improvements. She continues to attend dental courses and conferences to keep improving her knowledge and skills with the latest up to date techniques.
For all of her career, Celia has been willing to make her patient’s experience comfortable and relaxed. She is using the Quicklsleeper electronically controlled anaesthesia to offer painless injection and treatment.
When switching off after work, Celia goes back to her family and enjoys outdoor activities. She has a love for travelling and likes to share about her experiences!
